Shipping policy

Pet One ships Monday – Sunday (excluding statutory holidays) to all provinces except Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon and with exceptions to some additional postal codes. Orders received by 10:30 AM local time are in most shipped the day they are received (subject to daily order volume and warehouse availability). Orders made online after 10:30 AM local time will be shipped within two business days. However, please allow up to 2 business days for processing of orders if there is any of the product in the order is out of stock. Pet One will happily ship to your home and/or office, but are not able to ship to addresses that include PO Boxes.

Pet One is still operating and values the opportunity to fulfill your household pet needs. Due to the effects of COVID-19, our customer service response times may be slower, and deliveries may be delayed.

Qualifying orders that are $150 or more at the subtotal level after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes ship via standard ground delivery for free. This is automatically applied to your order. All orders under $150 ship will automatically cauculate the shipping cost. Restrictions apply and will be noted during checkout. 

Free Shipping over $300 Outside BC (within 6kg after packed)

Unavaliable Shipping Products

Any product that is oversized such as Cat Tree, Cat Litter Box will be unavaliable for shipping to other provinces or territories. 

Local Delivery Options

Pet One now provides Local Delivery Option. Qualifying orders shipping cost will automatically applied in the shipping options.

• Vancouver: $8 Local Delivery Fee For Orders Over $30
• Burnaby: $9 Local Delivery Fee For Orders Over $30
• Other Area: $10 Local Delivery Fee For Orders Over $30
