Pickup Policy

Pet One Supply requires that all orders be picked up within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, a $1 per day storage fee will be applied to your order.

To ensure smooth service, please review the following pickup guidelines:

• Pickup Time and Location
  Orders must be picked up within the specified time frame. We request that you confirm your pickup time and location in advance to avoid any delays. Please allow for a 30-minute window for any unexpected delays.

• Identification
  A valid ID matching the name on the order must be presented when picking up your order. For third-party pickups, the designated person must also provide their ID and a copy of your confirmation.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling
  If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

• Storage Fees
  If an order is not picked up within 30 days, a $1 daily storage fee will apply until the order is collected.

• Unclaimed Orders
  Orders left unclaimed for more than 60 days will be canceled, and additional charges may apply.
